The social gathering of the Portland Hip Hop Community. These gatherings are for the purpose of networking and support of the collective of Portland’s thriving Hip Hop community. It is also a platfom to address challenging issues amongst the collective for the purposes of strengthening the collective efforts of every element that expresses the culture.
